CEREAL GRASSES
Young green cereal grasses are well known as superfoods. Cereal grasses have been used for millennia to boost health and vitality both of people and animals. And in the past thirty years cereal grasses have achieved a legitimate and prime role in the world of superior nutrition. Each of the young green grasses is phytochemically unique, and yet they all are nutritionally similar. They are all extremely nutrient-rich and their nutrients are easily absorbed by the human digestive system — if they are processed properly to make the nutrients bio-available.
